Fagan Geriatric Wellness and Rehabilitation got its start conveniently located in the heart of  Gallatin, TN., at the time we were located in an ILF for seniors and operated an outpatient clinic there. COVID-19 arrived within a week of our Grand Opening which really changed up our business plan.  We found a need in home health when the Governor had all of the outpatient clinics shut down for almost 6 months.  Kathy and I would contract ourselves to home health companies that had clinicians out with COVID-19 so that the care could continue on the front lines. We soon became so busy we hade to hire help to keep up with the number of home health field clinicians that were infected and at home themselves.  From that  we did eventually open our outpatient clinic  and operated it for  4 years before we decided that we needed to do what we were best at and that's helping seniors recover in their own homes. We specialize in geriatric physical therapy and offer several speciality programs that address the needs and concerns of the elder population. Our motto is "a dynamic approach to successful aging." We are committed to assisting our patients and clients to recover and maintain function and mobility throughout their elder years.
